2 boxes of Blueberry Muffin Mix
2 cans of Mandarin Oranges, drained.
1 stick butter
1 c. flower
1 2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix both boxes of blueberry muffin mix according to package directions.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Cover with 2 cans of mandarin oranges, drained.
Mix butter, flower, brown sugar, and cinnamon for topping. Sprinkle on top of coffee cake.
Bake at 400º for 30 min., or until toothpick comes out clean.
