1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 stick margarine
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan.
Mix cake mix according to box directions.
Put coconut and pecans on bottom of pan.
Pour cake mix over coconut and pecans.
Mix margarine, creamcheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Dot on top of cake mix.
Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
The cake will crack on top, hence "earthquake."
