1 pkg raspberry jello
1 pkg lemon jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 small orange peel
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 small apple, chopped
1 c. chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve both jello's in hot water, chill until slightly thick. Combine cranberries, pineapple, sugar, celery, orange and apple; fold into jello. Chill until firm. serve with or without mayo or whipped cream. Makes a large salad.
