1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
3/4 c. chopped onion
3 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. sour cream
1 t. basil
4 c. diced potatoes
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. milk
1 t. parsley flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain; Saute onion, basil and parsley. Add broth, potatoes and hamburger. Boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. In small skillet melt 4 T. butter and flour. Cook and stir 3-5 minutes. Add to soup, boil and stir 2 minutes. Heat to low, add cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until cheese melts. Remove from heat and add sour cream (opt)
