1 medium onion, chopped
2 T. butter
2 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 can water
1/2 t. ham soup base (powdered)
1/2 to 1 t. salt
1/8 to 1/4 t. pepper
1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
1 c. frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add broth, potatoes, spices and ham soup base; bring to a boil. REduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Combine flour and 1/2 c. milk until smooth; gradually stir into soup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in ham, peas and remaining milk; heat through.
