2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. ground pork
2 onions chopped
2 eggs
salt and pepper
1 and 1/2 lb. rice
1 large can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage without the core. Boil rice until water is absorbed.
Mix well the raw hamburger and pork with the onions, eggs, salt and pepper (mix thoroughly with hands)
Careful peel the leaves off the head of cabbage trying not to tear because you want a whole leaf to make the rolls.
Cut the core part of the leaf thin you don't have a thick part of the leaf.
Fill each lead with the mixture leaving enough room to fold the leaf all the way around the mix
Fill a large baking pan with the rolls. You can make 2 layers in the pan if needed.
Fill the pan with water to the middle of the top row of rolls and top the rolls with the diced tomatoes

Bake for at least 2 hours at 400º
