2 c. cashews
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 t. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda

Directions:
In a 2 qt. microwavable bowl, stir together nuts, sugar, corn syrup. Microwave on high until mixture is light brown about 6 minutes. Stirring well half way through. Grease cookie sheet well. Stir in butter and vanilla, continue to microwave 1 1/2 minutes on high. Should become carmel colored. Add soda. Stir quickly. Pour into pan. Break up after 30 minutes.
