2 cups flour
1 teas. baking powder
1/2 teas. salt
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
2 T. sugar

Mix dry ingredient. add milk and egg. Peel the apples slice and put in rows. Sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon over . Beat an egg and add some milk and pour over the apples.Bake in a 9X9 pan bake in a 350 oven
