1#ground round
1 pkg taco seasoning
3 T flour
2 cans tomato sauce (8oz each)
21/2 cups shredded cheddar
¼ cup water
1 small can chopped black olives
8 corn tortillas
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat & drain. Add taco seasoning & flour. Mix well & add tomato sauce & water. Bring to a boil. Stir in olives & simmer 10 minutes. Cover bottom of casserole dish with portion of meat. Add 4 tortillas, ½ sauce with meat & sprinkle with onion & cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
Can be made 24 hours in advance.
