1T minced onion
1clove garlic
½ t salt
1-3 oz pkg blue cheese
2 jars Old English cheddar cheese spread
1-8 oz pkg cream chesse
Pecans, chopped
Parsley, chopped
1 tsp Beau Monde

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together all ingredients, except pecans and parsley. Shape into a ball and chill. When firm, roll in chopped pecans and chopped parsley. Roll in foil and chill until 30 minutes before serving. Can be used as a cheese spread omitting pecans and parsley.
