1/2-3/4 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic (chopped fine)
3/4-1 green pepper chopped
1/2 can tomato paste
1 10oz can Rotel with green chilies
1 16 oz box chicken broth
1 1/2 cup rice (Jasmine brand rice is less sticky)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger till pink.
Add onions, garlic, rice and stir until light brown.
Add green pepper, cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomato paste, rotel and chicken broth. Cook on medium heat until moisture is absorbed.
