21/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
10 T. butter or margarine
2 - 8oz. cream cheese
2 - 14oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. lemon juice
1- 21oz. cherry pie filling

Pie Crust
Spray bottom and sides of a 12 in. pie dish with cooking spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter or margarine in pie dish and stir until thoroughly blended. Pack mixture firmly around the sides up to the rim and bottom of the pie dish. Bake in 350 º oven for 8 minutes.

Pie Filling
In medium size mixing bowl, mix on slow speed cream cheese. Add sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese and blend. When smooth, add vanilla extract and lemon juice to the mixture. Mix until it's smooth and blended. Pour mixture into baked pie crust. Cover and chill for 6 - 8 hours. Refrigerate your 21 oz. can of cherry pie filling also so that it will be cold. When ready to serve put cherry pie filling on top of pie.

This recipe can be halved if prepared in a 9 in. pie dish. Also, you can skip the pie crust if you purchase an already prepared graham cracker pie crust.
