double crust pie dough
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca (quick)
1/4 tsp. salt
4-5 cups 3/4 " pineapple slices undrained, or use fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, tapioca & salt in medium bowl. Add pineapple & toss to coat. Preheat oven to 375°. Spoon Mixture into unbaked pie shell. Add top crust and cut slits. Glaze top as desired. Cover edge with foil. Bake 20-25 min., remove foil. Bake 20-25 min. longer until crust is golden brown, pineapple tender & juicy. Serve warm.
