2 cans black beans rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1/3 cups jalapenos, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup chopped yellow pepper
1 cup chopped onion

Dressing:
¼ t pepper
½ cup vinegar
½ cup sugar
2/3 cups olive oil
Salt to taste

Stir well and bring to a boil. Be sure to cool completely. Pour over above ingredients and mix. Makes about 2 quarts. Serve with Scoopable Tostito Chips.
