2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. Crisco
vanilla or flavoring
water
food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in large bowl by hand until it looks like Crisco. Keep adding small amounts of water until the right consistency and smooth. Add food coloring.
