1 c. milk
2 tbs. flour
pinch of salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cook together milk, flour and salt about 5 minutes until thickened. Cool. Combine butter, shortening and sugar in a small bowl. Beat well. Add to cooled milk mixture, beating constantly. Beat about 7 minutes until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
