4 1/2 c sugar
1 can milk (evaporated)
1/2 c butter
boil to softball stage
add 1 pint marshmallow creme(16oz or 2 cups)
3 --- 12 oz packs of choc chips
2 tsp vanilla
nuts to taste

remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme and chocolate chips until melted. pour into a greased pan.
