Ingredients:  
1 stick of butter or oleo
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbls. sour milk - if none on hand you can use mix: (1 1/2 Tbls. milk and 1/2 Tbls. vinegar)
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped apples

Topping:
2 Tbls flour, 2 Tbls. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon
or
just sprinkle brown sugar on top (I like this the best)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and sour milk. Mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Put in greased bread pan.Bake at 350º until tooth pick comes out clean.
