5 lbs. (9 large) potatoes
2 (3 oz.) pkgs cream cheese
1 cup sour cream or table cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbls. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in salt water, drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients. Whip. Cool and cover. Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. When ready to use, place amt. needed in casserole dish. ( May need to add a little milk.) Bake @ 350º for 30 min. or use a crockpot for large groups and heat for 3-4 hours. Can add cornflakes, cheese or any yummy topping if wanted
