1 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. evaporated milk

1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and evaporated milk and boil 2 minutes. Stirring constantly, remove from heat. Add vanilla and chocolate chips, beat until smooth. Add chopped nuts and mix well. Shape on waxed paper into two 12" rolls. Roll up and chill. Cut in 1/2" slices or crescents, logs. Roll in coconut, sugar, ground nuts, etc. Chill.
