crust:
1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter

filling:
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes, then cool.

2) In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth.

3) Fold in the whipped cream. Gently spoon into crust.

4) Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

Can use a pre-made Keebler chocolate crust and garnish with grated chocolate or cookie crumbs if you like.
