Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 ripe tomatoes
2 fresh jalapeņo peppers
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Start by coring the tomatoes and removing the husk from the fresh garlic (do not crush). Saute the tomatoes, peppers, and garlic using the olive oil (about a tablespoon) in a sauce pan. cook till tomatoes start to soften, peppers develop a nice roasted color and the garlic carmelizes. Take care not to burn the garlic. Once nicely cooked, remove stems and seeds from the peppers (the seeds may be left in if desired, also the larger the peppers, the more heat you will have). Place all in a blender, add salt and pepper to taste, and puree to desired consistency. That's it, simple!
