2 pkgs. chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
4 eggs beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lg. chopped onion
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions:

Mix all together. Shape into 1 1/2" balls, place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until brown.
