1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. cocoa
2 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa in large microwaveable bowl. Set aside. In small bowl scant egg yolks and 1/2 c. milk and add to dry ingredients. Add the rest of the milk and stir together. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir and scrape sides. Microwave for 2 minutes and stir and scrape. Microwave for 1 more minute until thick. Stir in vanilla.

This is a sure hit once you get past the sound of it. Serve this over hot biscuits or use as a pie filling.
