1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
14 oz. can apricot halves, undrained
10 oz. frozen strawberries, in syrup, undrained
14 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
4 - 5 bananas, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine lemon juice, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, stirring occasionally and maintaining boil for 10 minutes.

Stir in fruits and mix well.

Scoop into plastic cups of desired serving size and freeze. Makes about 18 - 4 oz. cups.

Thaw 10 minutes before serving.

I used to make this when the kids were little and we went to Lone Oak Point at Lake of the Ozarks. Perfect for breakfast or a mid-afternoon snack!
