1 C chopped drained (oil packed) sundried tomatoes (reserve oil)
1T minced fresh garlic
4T fresh basil, chopped
1 med roasted red pepper from jar – rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
extra virgin olive oil – use reserved oil from tomatoes to equal ¼ cup total

Mix all together. Let sit to let flavor blend. Serve on French baguette, sliced into ½” thick slices. Can toast bread in oven first if desired.
