Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 - 8 Pork Chops (I buy 4 boneless & split)
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Brown pork chops in margarine. Place port chops in 2-quart glass baking dish. Add water to skillet, stirring pan brownings to make gravy. Pour over pork chops.

Combine lemon juice, brown sugar and soup. Pour over pork chops. (I sometimes double this so we have extra "gravy.")

Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
