1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp black pepper

1 lb cubed beef (or chicken)
mushrooms
onions
green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow bowl (or 1 gallon ziplock bag), combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, rosemary and pepper. Mix well.

Add meat and toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade.

Thread meat and vegetables onto 6 - 8 metal or wooden skewers. Grill as desired.
