Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe

12 lasagna noodles
3 cups ricotta cheese
1 package frozen spinach (thawed and drained well)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 jar spaghetti sauce (15 oz.)

Cook lasagna noodles, Rinse and drain.
Mix ricotta cheese, frozen spinach (thawed and drained well), Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic, crushed
Spread mixture on cooked, drained noodles. Roll up each noodle. Place rolled-up noodles in a greased 9x13 baking pan:

Cook ground beef &large onion, chopped
Add spaghetti sauce
Pour meat sauce over noodles in baking pan. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
