1/2 c. chopped onion or celery
1 lb. of ground beef
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. of frozen tater tots
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degreesē. Grease a 2 qt baking dish.
In a skillet, cook onions and beef until brown and drain and season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture in baking dish and cover with undiluted soup. Top with single layer of tater tots. Bake for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly in the center.
