1/4 C butter
1/4 C flour
1 1/2 C milk
2 14oz cans diced tomatoes in juice
1 lb bowtie pasta (or your favorite shape)
1 1/2 C grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 C crumbled Bleu cheese
1/2 C diced Fontina cheese
1 1/2 C grated Romano cheese

In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook for a minute or two (do NOT burn!)
Carefully add milk. Stir CONSTANTLY until mixture thickens into a nice white sauce.

Stir in diced tomatoes with the juice (Now it's a PINK sauce!) Season with salt & pepper.

Cook pasta to "al dente."
Mix together sauce, cooked pasta grated mozzarella cheese, crumbled bleu cheese, diced Fontina cheese, grated Romano cheese
**(I just use 2 pkgs of Sargento 6-cheese Italian)
Turn mixture into a BUTTERED 3-4 quart shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle with more Romano cheese. Bake at 375 F. for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Allow to stand a little before serving.
