1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, cocoa and salt. Then, add milk and vanilla. Mix in sugar in 3 parts. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add more sugar if too thin. Add more milk if too thick to spread.

Frosts two 8 or 9 inch layers or one 13 X 9 cake.
