4 dresses whole catfish
2 eggs
1 dash Worcestershire
1 dash Tabasco Sauce

2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup yellow corn meal
1/3 cup flour
salt & pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the eggs, Worcestershire, Tabasco and milk in a large bowl and beat until frothy. In a shallow dish whisk together the corn meal, flour salt and pepper and lemon pepper.
With a sharp knife cut down the spine fro the top;and score pretty deep across each side about 1 1/2 inches apart. Dip the fish in the egg mixture and dredge in the corn meal mixture.Cook in a deep fat fryer or large pot or skillet in 325 F oil 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and may be kept warm in a 200 f OVEN.
