8 oz cream cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese - sliced
4 oz blue cheese
2 finely chopped green onions
dash Worcestershire sauce
lemon juice to taste
chopped parsley
chopped pecans - enough to roll the completed ball in to coat

Directions:

Soften cheeses. Blend all ingredients and roll into ball. Roll first in parsley, then in pecans. Could not be easier and serve with GOOD crackers or toasted baguette.

Big Katie made this often for Christmas parties. The original called for the cheese ball to be coated in slivered almonds. Mom, being a good Southerner, substituted pecans.
