2 lbs ground meat
¼ cup chopped onion (can use dried minced onion)
2T chopped celery
2t salt
¼ t black pepper
¼ t sage
¼ t dry mustard
¼ t poultry seasoning
4 slices bread
1 cup warm milk
2 beaten eggs
1T Worcestershire sauce
½ cup chili sauce or catsup
½ cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into small pieces. Add warm milk and soak for 5 minutes or more. Beat. Add onion, celery, salt, pepper, sage, mustard, and poultry seasoning. Mix. Add eggs and Worcestershire. Beat until well combined. Mix in meat and form 2 loaves in baking pan. Top with chili powder. Add boiling water around the loaves. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
