2 lbs ground meat
cup chopped onion (can use dried minced onion)
2T chopped celery
2t salt
t black pepper
t sage
t dry mustard
t poultry seasoning
4 slices bread
1 cup warm milk
2 beaten eggs
1T Worcestershire sauce
cup chili sauce or catsup
cup boiling water

Tear bread into small pieces. Add warm milk and soak for 5 minutes or more. Beat. Add onion, celery, salt, pepper, sage, mustard, and poultry seasoning. Mix. Add eggs and Worcestershire. Beat until well combined. Mix in meat and form 2 loaves in baking pan. Top with chili powder. Add boiling water around the loaves. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
