2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Place a small amount of oil into a 10 in. cast iron skillet and place in oven preheat oven to 450º. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. once oven is preheated remove skillet and pour batter into the skillet. Return to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
