Pork Roast
Potatoes
Onions
Carrots
Bell Pepper
Garlic Cloves
1 16 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
1 24 oz. Chunky Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in pan. Cut up all vegetables into large pieces and place in crockpot. After browning roast place on top of vegetables. Pour tomatoes and salsa over roast. Fill salsa jar with water and pour over roast. Cook slow 6 to 8 hours.
Adjust amount of vegetables for family. Can also bake in oven at 350 º
