1 1/2 lb yellow summer squash
11/2 c Evaporated milk
1/2 bunch green onions (tops and all)
1/2 tsp pepper
2 small eggs ( beaten)
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in 1/2 inch peaces and boil in water until done. Drain well and mash slightly.
Mix all other ingredients together, then add to mashed squash.
Mix well, pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 350º until browned and set like a custard.
About 20 to 30 minutes.
