1 lb Shrimp (shelled and devained)
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
1 teas Salt
1-2 Eggs

Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 450 degrees
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Stir panko bread crumbs and salt together. Beat eggs. Coat shrimp in eggs and dredge in bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet.

Bake @ 450 degrees 15 min and serve.
