1 cup beef sirloin, cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 cups coconut cream
2 Tbsp. green curry paste
¼ cup small eggplants
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. fish sauce
2 kaffir lime leaves
10 sweet basil leaves
5 small green chillis

Directions:
Directions:
Sear beef with coconut cream, fish sauce and sugar until cooked.

Stir-fry coconut cream with curry paste; cook until fragrant.

Add cooked beef with remaining coconut cream and small eggplants, simmer for a while.

Season with fish sauce and sugar, bring to a boil once more.

Add kaffir lime leaves, basil leaves and chillis, remove from heat.
