1 C BROWN SUGAR
3 TBSP CORNSTARCH
2 EGG YOLKS
2 1/4 MILK
1/4 TSP SALT
1 TSP VANILLA
1 HEAPING TBSP BUTTER

Directions:
Directions:
COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, SALT, CORNSTARCH, EGGS ADD MILK SLOWLY. BRING TO A BOIL SLOWLY. COOK UNTIL THICKEN STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT ADD VANILLA AND BUTTER. STIR AND POUR INTO A BAKED PIE SHELL. TOP WITH MERINGUE.
