2 Cups washed raw cranberries
2 skinned and cored apples (red or any variety)
1 large whole seedless orange, with peeling on, cut into sections.
2 Cups granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place the cranberries, apples and entire orange (including peel) in food processor.

Pulse a few times to grind down the ingredients. Add the sugar and continue to pulse until the consistency becomes like a chunky puree.

Allow to sit in a bowl at room temperature until sugar dissolves about 45 minutes. Store in airtight containers in refrigerator. Can be frozen for up to 12 months.
