2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecan's
1/4 c. green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 T. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Mix cream cheese, pineapple, onions, bell pepper, salt & 1 cup pecans. Sprinkle 1 cup pecans on wax paper - roll mixture in nuts and shape into a ball. Wrap & chill overnight.
