2 sticks oleo
2 c. sugar
3 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 T. cold coffee
2 T. vanilla
2/3 c. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and sugar. Add oatmeal, cold coffee, vanilla, cocoa, and nuts. Mix thoroughly until oatmeal is covered with chocolate. Shape into balls. Roll in sugar. Chill several hours before serving.
