2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 stick cold margarine
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. Cut in margarine as you would for pie. Add milk and mix just until dry ingredients are mixed in. Knead a few times on floured surface. Roll to desired thickness. Cut and place on ungreased baking sheet touching each other. Bake at 450º for 10-12 minutes.
