2 c self-rising cornmeal
1 1/2 tbsp flour
2 eggs beaten
1 c buttermilk
1 can creamed corn
1 1/2 c Velvetta mexican cheese grated
1 lg onion grated
1/2 green pepper
3/4 c oil
1 1/2-2 jalepeno pepper chopped
1 tsp crushed red pepper
dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven 400º. Mix all and pour into skillet or 9" square cake pan. Bake @ 400º for 20-25 min then lower heat to 350º for another 25-30 min.
