Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine in blender and blend on low 3 minutes:
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Pour into a greased 9" pie pan and let stand 5 minutes. Then sprinkle with 1 cup coconut. Bake 30-40 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate.
