one 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can eagle brand milk
1/3 cup real lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
one baked 9" crumb crust already baked
pie filling of your choice or eat plain

Directions:
Directions:
In medium size bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually stir in sweetened condensed milk until thoroughly blended. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Turn into crust. Refrigerate 2-3 hours(over night is best.)
Garnish with pie filling if using.
Can also be put into tart shells after they are baked according to directions on pkg.
