1 c butter or margarine
1/2 c oil
5 lg eggs
3 c sugar
1 c sweet milk
3 1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Juice and 1 rind of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add oil 2 Tbsp. at a time. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating slightly after each addition. Add lemon juice, grated rind, and salt. Alternate flour and milk, ending with flour. Mix well. Pour into greased tube pan, bottom lined with wax paper. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Cool. Note - This is from the Stake Young Women's Presidency
