Overnight Salad Recipe

3 egg yolks
1/8 tsp salt
5 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c whipped cream
2 c pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c marshmallows
2 c fruit cocktail, drained
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp butter
2 c cherries, pit less

Mix egg yolks, salt, juice, vinegar, butter, and sugar. Cook on low, stirring constantly till thick. Refrigerate.
In large bowl, fold in whipped cream, yolk mixture, marshmallows, and fruit. Arrange cherries on top of salad to make your own personal design.
